This villa is perfect for people who enjoy a quiet atmosphere with easy access to the beach.

The master bedroom opens onto the terrace with the view over Marigot bay.

It has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), air conditioning, a ceiling fan, mosquito net, TV w/French satellite (Canal Sat) including US channels, a DVD and CD player, and an outside bathroom with a covered shower area and hair dryer.

Some beach towels will be at your disposal.

The living area is outside with a covered part overlooking Marigot beach.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 4 people. You will find everything necessary to prepare your own meals - fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, charcoal barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
