Description
C'est la Vue is a modern and recently built villa located in Pointe Milou offering a large view over the sea and the sunset.
You will appreciate the terrace overlooking Pointe Milou, Lorient and St Jean bays, also well-exposed to the sun all day long.
The villa is nicely decorated with contemporary paintings, some comfortable sofas inviting you to the relaxation.
The pool measures 13.12 x 9.84 ft. and is surrounded by a nice terrace facing the ocean. Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.
The two bedrooms open onto the living and offer a seaview. Both have a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a ceiling fan, mosquito screens, a safe, a LCD screen TV with a DVD player and with the US channels reception from the living, and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Some beach and bath towels will be at your disposal.
The living opens onto the terrace and the pool with the seaview. You will find some ceiling fans, a LCD screen TV, a DVD and CD player, an American satellite (DishNetwork), a Ipod connection, and a high speed internet access with wireless.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for 4 people. You will find all the necessary to cook - Ceiling fans, fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, an iron and an ironing board and on the terrace a gas barbecue.
