O'Kai Beach Residence is a private Ocean Front Estate, conveniently located on the beach of Anse des Cayes. Offering total privacy and direct access to the sea, the villas are surrounded by tropical gardens.

The residence has a luxurious main villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a pool, and 2 charming cottages, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool. Providing a total of 8 bedrooms. Each unit can be rented individually if desired and you can find the details for each property on separate web pages on this site.

Two bedrooms have air conditioning and a direct access to the garden. Each one has a king size bed, a mosquito net and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Two additional bedrooms also with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. The third bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, a mosquito net and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The fourth bedroom has a twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed depending on the needs of our guests, air conditioning, a mosquito net and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Some beach and bath towels will be at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find all everything necessary to cook your own meals - fridge, freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, and BBQ.
