Villa La Baleine gets its name from the group of rocks that jut from the ocean in full view of the villa. The villa is the right place to watch the whales’ yearly migratory travels.
La Baleine is a lovely villa nestled in the hillside on the west side of Colombier facing the ocean. It features traditional Caribbean architecture, elegant furnishings and magnificent sunset and sea views looking out to Saba and Saint Eustatius islands. La Baleine is off of a private road and offers complete privacy. Its decks, pool, Jacuzzi and gazebo were all designed to take advantage of the panoramic vista. The villa has an ocean view from practically every room -- the living area, two bedrooms, kitchen, pool and terrace. The design is local, charming and cheerful: a lot of wood and very nice colors. The outside area is really attractive and spacious. Villa La Baleine is available as a 3 bedroom, 2 bedrooms or 1 bathroom villa. The beaches of Flamands and St. Jean are only a few minutes' drive away. La Baleine is minutes away from the best bakery on the island and very convenient to both St. Jean and Gustavia.
Villa La Baleine is made up of five separate bungalows. The kitchen and living share a bungalow and each of the bedrooms is housed in its own private bungalow. There is also a separate air conditioned fitness room.
